• This offer provides a £500 discount on design services when you engage Ashton Paul (D&B) Ltd for both architectural/interior design services AND construction/build services.
• The discount applies to design fees only and will be deducted from the total design services invoice.
• This offer is valid from 1 January 2025 until 30 January 2026.

The £500 discount can be applied to the following design services:

• Interior Design Consultations
• 3D Visualisations and Renders
• Space Planning Services
• Kitchen Design
• Technical Design Drawings
• Structural Calculations
• Planning Application Drawings
• Building Regulations Drawings

3. Qualifying Conditions

To qualify for this offer, you must:

• Engage Ashton Paul (D&B) Ltd for both Design and Build services
• Sign a formal contract or service agreement for the full Design & Build package
• The total design services value must be at least £500
• Mention or present this offer at the time of booking your initial consultation

• The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment

3. Proceed with both Design and Build services with Ashton Paul
4. The £500 discount will be applied to your design services invoice upon signing a formal contract

6. Validity Period

• This offer is valid for consultations booked on or before 30 January 2026
• The formal contract must be signed within 60 days of the initial consultation to qualify for the discount
• Ashton Paul (D&B) Ltd reserves the right to extend or shorten the validity period at its discretion

7. General Terms

• This offer is subject to availability and Ashton Paul's capacity to take on new projects
• All services are subject to our standard Terms of Engagement and Terms and Conditions
• In the event of any dispute regarding this offer, the decision of Ashton Paul (D&B) Ltd shall be final
