£500 Off Your Build

1. Offer Details

• This offer provides a £500 credit against your build work when you engage Ashton Paul (D&B) Ltd for both architectural/interior design services AND construction/build services.
• The credit applies to construction costs only and will be deducted from the total build invoice.
• This offer is valid from 1 January 2025 until 30 January 2026.

2. Eligible Build Work

The £500 credit can be applied to the following build services:

• Rear, side, and wraparound extensions
• Loft conversions (dormer, hip-to-gable, mansard)
• Full home renovations
• New build construction
• Structural work and groundworks
• Roofing work
• Kitchen and bathroom installations
• Internal remodelling

3. Qualifying Conditions

To qualify for this offer, you must:

• Engage Ashton Paul (D&B) Ltd for both Design and Build services
• Sign a formal contract or service agreement for the full Design & Build package
• The total build contract value must be at least £50,000
• Mention or present this offer at the time of booking your initial consultation

4. Restrictions

• This offer is limited to one per household
• The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or vouchers
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned to another party
• The credit applies to build costs only and does not apply to design fees, third-party fees (such as planning application fees), or any other separate charges
• Ashton Paul (D&B) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without prior notice

5. How to Redeem

1. Contact Ashton Paul to book a consultation (phone, email, or online booking)
2. Mention the "£500 Off Your Build" offer when booking or during your initial consultation
3. Proceed with both Design and Build services with Ashton Paul
4. The £500 credit will be applied to your build invoice upon signing a formal build contract

6. Validity Period

• This offer is valid for consultations booked on or before 30 January 2026
• The formal contract must be signed within 60 days of the initial consultation to qualify for the discount
• Ashton Paul (D&B) Ltd reserves the right to extend or shorten the validity period at its discretion

7. General Terms

• This offer is subject to availability and Ashton Paul's capacity to take on new projects
• All services are subject to our standard Terms of Engagement and Terms and Conditions
• In the event of any dispute regarding this offer, the decision of Ashton Paul (D&B) Ltd shall be final
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
